About Me
My own experiences with mental health, alongside professional training and personal therapy, have given me a deep understanding of the importance of feeling seen, heard and supported. I bring empathy, compassion and a non-judgemental approach to my work, supporting clients through reflection, self-awareness, change and healing.
I run a successful private practice, offering counselling and clinical supervision to a diverse range of clients and practitioners. Previously, I worked within the NHS across GP practices in South Devon, delivered Depression and Anxiety courses as a HOPE Facilitator, and volunteered with Home-Start. Before 2019, I lived in Barcelona, where I managed a family business, taught English and supported children with special educational needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy life with my two teenage sons and our dog. I love keeping active through walking the South Devon coastline, swimming, paddle boarding and playing padel. I’m passionate about the "inner work" and lifelong learning and have a love of travel, having lived abroad and traveled extensively I enjoy different places, people and cultures.
