Clinical Supervision for Counsellors

I offer face-to-face  counselling supervision in the Kingsbridge area, South Devon and online supervision across the UK.

As an integrative practitioner, I provide supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors working with a wide range of client issues and therapeutic approaches.

My aim is to help you thrive—enhancing your wellbeing, expanding your professional capacity, and enriching the care and support you offer to your clients.

My Approach to Supervision

My supervision framework is grounded in two well-established models:

  • Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision – Offering in-depth reflection on client work, your professional self, and the supervisory relationship.

  • Three-Function Model of Supervision – Integrating normative, formative, and restorative functions to uphold ethical standards, support skill development, and address challenges constructively.

I specialise in supporting integrative counsellors who value collaborative learning and reflective practice. I see the supervisory relationship as the foundation of effective clinical work, and my aim is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel secure enough to be authentic, explore your edges, and think critically about your practice — including those moments when you need to say, “I’ve made a misstep and I need to talk it through.”

I work in an honest and direct way, offering respectful challenge alongside thoughtful exploration. My intention is to deepen insight, strengthen professional identity, and support clarity in therapeutic decision-making. Sessions may be structured or fluid, depending on your learning style, stage of development, and current needs as a counsellor.
