Accredited Integrative Counsellor & Clinical Supervisor | Online UK & In-Person in Kingsbridge, South Devon

I am a BACP-accredited counsellor based in the Kingsbridge area of South Devon. I offer face-to-face and online counselling locally and across the UK. 
 
Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family issues, relationship difficulties, or past or present traumatic experiences, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can be heard, understood and supported as you explore your thoughts and feelings and behaviours at your own pace.

My approach is integrative, holistic, and flexible, drawing on a range of therapeutic models tailored to your unique personality, experiences, needs, and goals. ​I am perceptive, empathetic and explore beneath the surface, always putting you firmly at the centre of our work together.

In addition to counselling, I am a qualified Supervisor, offering supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors. I support other professionals to reflect on their practice, develop their skills, and grow in confidence.
