I am a BACP-accredited counsellor based in the Kingsbridge area of South Devon, offering face-to-face and online counselling across the UK.

Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, challenges in your relationships or family life, or the effects of past or present trauma, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can feel heard, understood and supported.

My approach is integrative, holistic and flexible, drawing on a range of therapeutic models tailored to your individual needs, experiences and goals. I am perceptive and empathetic, and I always look beyond the surface while keeping you at the centre of our work together.

I am also a qualified Supervisor, offering supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors, supporting them to reflect on their practice, develop their skills and grow in confidence.
