About Me
I have had the opportunity to travel and live in various parts of the world, which has fostered an open-minded and adaptable approach, allowing me to connect with people from all walks of life. My personal mental health challenges and life experience has also equipped me with the warmth and compassion necessary to support others. Additionally, my professional training and personal therapy have deepened my understanding of the importance of being heard, seen, validated and supported. I am deeply passionate about my work, recognising the honour it is to accompany individuals during their most vulnerable moments. As a counsellor, it is an privilege to guide individuals through exploration, reflection, self-awareness, change, and potential healing.

I run a successful private practice, offering counselling and supervision to a diverse range of clients and practitioners. I previously worked within the NHS, providing counselling across GP practices throughout South Devon. In my role as a HOPE Facilitator, I also delivered courses on Depression and Anxiety for the NHS, and I have also volunteered with Home-Start in South Devon. Before 2019, I lived abroad, where I managed a family business and supported children with special educational needs in school settings..

"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth & our freedom"
