About Me
I have travelled and lived in different parts of the world which has led to an open minded and adaptable attitude, enabling me to connect with people from all walks of life. Drawing upon my own challenges and life experience has also given me the warmth and compassion needed to support others. Furthermore, professional training and personal therapy means that I understand the value of being heard, seen, and supported. As a counsellor it is my privilege to facilitate the process of exploration, reflection, self-awareness and potential healing.

I have worked within the NHS, counselling in GP practices across South Devon. I currently run my own private practice and successfully work with a wide range of clients and issues, which you can read more about on my Counselling page. As a HOPE Facilitator, I have also delivered courses for the NHS on Depression & Anxiety and volunteered for Home-Start in South Devon. Prior to 2019, I was living overseas managing the family business and helping children in schools with SEN.
