About Me

Drawing from my own challenges and life experience has given me the warmth, connection and compassion needed to support people from all walks of life. Professional training and personal therapy has enabled me to understand the value of being heard, seen, and supported. As a counsellor it is my privilege to facilitate the process of exploration, reflection, self-awareness and potential healing.

I currently run my own private practice, alongside working for the NHS in GP surgeries. I have successfully worked with a wide range of clients and issues, which you can read more about on my Counselling page. I have also been a volunteer for Home-Start as well as HOPE Facilitator, delivering courses for the NHS on Depression and Anxiety. Prior to 2019, I was living overseas managing the family business and  helping children in schools with SEN.

Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom – Victor Frankl
