About Me
I have had the opportunity to travel and live in various parts of the world, which has fostered an open-minded and adaptable approach, allowing me to connect with people from all walks of life. My personal mental health challenges and life experience has also equipped me with the warmth and compassion necessary to support others. Additionally, my professional training and personal therapy have deepened my understanding of the importance of being heard, seen, validated and supported. I am deeply passionate about my work, recognising the honour it is to accompany individuals during their most vulnerable moments. As a counsellor, it is an privilege to guide individuals through exploration, reflection, self-awareness, change, and potential healing.

I have worked within the NHS, providing counselling in GP practices throughout South Devon. Currently, I run my own private practice, successfully working with a diverse range of clients, accumulating over 1,000 hours of clinical practice, which you can learn more about on my Counselling Page. As a HOPE Facilitator, I have conducted courses on Depression & Anxiety for the NHS and volunteered for Home-Start in South Devon. Before 2019, I was living abroad, managing a family business and supporting children in schools with special educational needs.
