"The ultimate goal of therapy it is to bring people into the present moment. “Present moment” means that I am actually observing what is happening here, and I have full response flexibility so I'm not constrained to a certain pre-determined set of reactions." Gabor Maté

How I work
You might be experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, challenges with relationships or family issues. I provide a supportive environment where we can explore any thoughts, feelings, behaviours, or circumstances you may be encountering. Together, we will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and those around you. If necessary, we can also discover your personal solutions, whether that involves implementing meaningful changes in your life or finding coping strategies for issues that cannot be resolved.

I consider the therapist-client relationship to be crucial, and as we work through issues together, I will provide you with a space to openly voice your concerns in a non-judgmental, and confidential setting. While I may delve deep or challenge at times, it will always be done with mindful empathy. I am committed to supporting your best interests and will be with you every step of the way.
Each client brings their own unique challenges, contexts, and vulnerabilities, which require a tailored approach. I advocate for a flexible integrative methodology that incorporates diverse modalities and techniques. My aim is to carefully guide you, whilst empowering you to progress positively forward in life.
